Welcome to the website of the Salt Spring Abattoir
The Salt Spring Abattoir is a community facility managed by the the not- for- profit Salt Spring Abattoir Society.
It provides custom slaughter service for both red meat and poultry.
The abattoir is currently booking for the 2017 season. Please submit your booking requests early to confirm your preferred dates.
Please book at least three weeks in advance. When booking poultry it is best to book when you receive your birds.
The abattoir is now processing hogs. We look forward to processing beef and rabbits later in the season. Stay tuned!

Turn sharp left on entering the drive and follow the directions to dropoff or pickup.
The site is not open to the public. Tours will be arranged by appointment.
